These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Infra Studio website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Infra Studio (“Infra Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Accounts and eligibility
To use the Service, you must (a) be at least 16 years old or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, and (b) provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
We support email/password sign-in and federated identity providers such as Google. You agree not to share your account with others and to notify us at support@infrastudio.co promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
2. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payments processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for all fees associated with your plan, including applicable taxes.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period, and you retain access until that date. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once charged. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within thirty (30) days of the charge at support@infrastudio.co.
We may change plan pricing and features with at least thirty (30) days’ notice by email or in-product. Continued use of a paid plan after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance.
3. Your content and license grant
You retain all ownership of the designs, text, images, and other materials you upload or create on the Service (“Your Content”). You grant Infra Studio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display Your Content solely to operate, maintain, and provide the Service to you and to anyone you share it with.
If you choose to publish, share, or make Your Content publicly accessible (for example, by generating a public share link), you grant a license to the recipients consistent with the sharing option you selected. You represent and warrant that you have the rights necessary to grant the licenses above and that Your Content does not infringe the rights of others.
We do not claim ownership of Your Content. We may, however, analyze aggregated, de-identified usage data to improve the Service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to, and not to attempt to:
- Use the Service to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right;
- Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or that contains malware;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except to the extent that applicable law prohibits this restriction;
- Circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, paywalls, or access controls;
- Use the Service to build a competing product or to benchmark it without our prior written consent;
- Send unsolicited communications, spam, or phishing content through the Service;
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our prior written consent, except to the extent permitted under our security policy at support@infrastudio.co.
5. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, designs, trademarks, logos, and documentation, is owned by Infra Studio and protected by intellectual property and unfair-competition laws. These Terms do not grant you any right in our trademarks or trade dress. Portions of the Service may be released under open-source licenses; those portions are governed by the applicable license.
6. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party services including (but not limited to) Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), Cloudinary (image storage and delivery), Resend (transactional email), Sentry (error monitoring), and Plausible (privacy-focused analytics). Use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services.
7. Service availability and changes
We strive to keep the Service available and performant, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, add or remove features, impose usage limits, or discontinue parts of the Service. Where a change materially reduces functionality on a paid plan, we will provide reasonable advance notice and, where applicable, a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the affected billing cycle.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from account settings or by emailing support@infrastudio.co. We may suspend or terminate your access (with or without notice) if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, fail to pay fees when due, or if we discontinue the Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. We will make Your Content available for export for thirty (30) days after termination, after which it may be permanently deleted. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will survive.
9. Warranties and disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and quiet enjoyment, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that any data you generate or store will be accurate, reliable, or preserved without loss.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Infra Studio, its affiliates, or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities; or for the cost of substitute services, arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
Our aggregate liability for any and all claims relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to Infra Studio for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Infra Studio and its affiliates, officers, and employees from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to (a) Your Content, (b) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law, or (c) your violation of any third-party right.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Infra Studio is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, except where mandatory consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence.
Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting support@infrastudio.co with a description of the issue. If we cannot resolve it within sixty (60) days, either party may pursue a formal claim.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by email or in-product banner) before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
